False Reports to Law Enforcement and Driving on a Suspended License (Allegheny): Client facing max sentence of up to 12 months in jail and a 12-month license suspension if convicted. Result: Negotiated withdrawal of False Reports charge and plea to a Failure to Carry License traffic offense, avoiding the license suspension.
